Putnam Street in downtown Williamston, finishes out the 2021-2022 Season with the World Premiere of The Hat Box by Eric Coble. Performances for this fun play about family secrets begin Thursday, July 14 and run through Sunday, August 14. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, June 21.

Performances for this beautiful holiday story begin Thursday, November 18 and run through Sunday, December 19. Tickets go on sale at Noon on Tuesday, October 26.
MCACA Awards Two Arts Grants to Williamston Theatre
The Williamston Theatre has been awarded two grants from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs (). The first is a $22,500 Operational Support Grant, which includes funds from the National Endowment for the Arts, and will support the general operations of the Williamston Theatre for the 2020-2021 Season. This grant will be a great source of support while the Theatre remains closed during the current health crisis.
Williamston Theatre Cancels Final Two Shows of 2019-2020 Season
The Williamston Theatre announces the cancellation of the remainder of its 2019-2020 season. The productions of Alabaster and Be Here Now, scheduled for May through August, have been temporarily postponed. The Theatre hopes to incorporate these beautiful plays into future seasons. In addition, the Theatre will not resume public performances until sometime in 2021.

Williamston Theatre Announces Giving Tuesday Event
To launch the season of giving, the Williamston Theatre gives back! We'll be presenting readings of six plays a?" an entire season in a day. Readings begin at 10am and run through 10pm. The public is invited to come for one play, or stay for them all. This event is FREE and open to the public, no reservations are necessary. Information will be available in our lobby on several local charities doing amazing work in our community.
