Provincetown Theater Presents Virtual Community Conversation On Fugard's VICTORY
On Saturday, March 13th at 7pm, the Provincetown Theater is honored to partner with the Capital Classics Theatre Company of Hartford, CT to produce an insightful Zoom conversation with performance excerpts from Athol Fugard's one-act play, Victory. Streaming free-of-charge, a link to the Victory event can be found on provincetowntheater.org

BWW Review: JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT at Downtown Cabaret Theatre
On Friday, December 13, I had the pleasure of seeing JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT spectacularly performed at the Downtown Cabaret Theatre in Bridgeport, CT. Marking the fiftieth anniversary of this very first musical collaboration between songwriter Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Tim Rice, this show remains entertaining to audiences across multiple generations. Under the direction of Andrea Pane and choreography of Cassie Caroll, this stellar cast delivers a phenomenal performance! The cast includes some of my favorite familiar local talent, such as Robert Peterpaul, Andrea Pane, Everton Ricketts, and Cassie Caroll. This show has now also introduced me to the amazing talent of Desi Amato, who shines as the best narrator I have ever seen in this show.

Bijou Theatre to Stage FAME as Part of the Summer Stock Series
The Bijou Theatre in Bijou Square, Bridgeport, presents the musical "Fame," based on the 1980 film. "Fame" is part of The Bijou's Summer Stock Series for students 14-22 years old, which debuted last year with "In the Heights."
