Clare Lopez BIO

While originally from Sacramento, CA, Clare Lopez earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music and Theatre from Saint Martin's University in Lacey, Washington and is a proud alumnus of The Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, California. Clare is best known for her lead role in 12 Days With God (streaming on Pure Flix).

Clare's recently been selected as a Finalist for CSA's Latine Global Open Call iMi Gente! Clare is the owner and founder of The WholeHearted Actor, which is a mindfulness community for actors that provides audition taping, coaching, and mentorship.

An esteemed theatre performer known for her vulnerability and joyfulness, Clare’s been honored to work regionally in 5 states and internationally across 8 countries. Some of Clare’s theatrical highlights include: These Shining Lives at The Studio Theatre Tierra Del Sol, Ugly Lies The Bone at The Garden Theatre, The Thanksgiving Play at Urbanite Theatre, Three Times Fast at Winter Park Playhouse, In the Time of the Butterflies at Stageworks Theatre, The Hundred Dresses at Lexington Children’s Theatre, Merchant of Venice at Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival, and Alice in Wonderland at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse.


Clare’s played across Pete Davidson in Sundance Film Festival selected feature, Big Time Adolescence, and appeared in a supporting role in TODD (SFN Productions). Clare’s voice can currently be heard in the science fiction audio play, Windfall (Nominated Best Supporting at Audio Verse Awards).

When Clare isn’t performing, she loves teaching, creating content, and collaborating as a casting director.

BWW Review: CINDERELLA at Orlando Repertory Theatre

Ugly Lies the Bone is a powerful new work that showcases the struggles of a dying town, a broken family, and a shattered veteran trying to put her life back together after returning from combat. BWW Review: THE THANKSGIVING PLAY at Urbanite Theatre

Urbanite Theatre opened its season with a seasonally correct, satirical comedy titled, The Thanksgiving Play. It was written by Larissa FastHorse who is a Native American playwright from the Sicangu Lakota Nation. Her work includes numerous contributions to Native American drama and plays involving indigenous people.

Elaine Pechacek, award winning composer & playwright, is proud to present an encore concert performance of song selections from the recent Dr. Phillips Center production of her and Katie Hammond's musical SEASONS on October 11 & 12, 2019 at 8:00pm in Ocoee, Florida at Dragonfly Studio 129.
