Playthings to Host Gala Performance of Michael John LaChiusa's HELLO AGAIN, Starring Randy Harrison

LGBT Repertory Theatre Company Playthings announces its third annual gala, a one-night-only concert presentation of Michael John LaChiusa's acclaimed musical HELLO AGAIN, which will be performed on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 7:00 PM at The York Theatre (619 Lexington Ave, at 54th Street).
Todd Bell Join Cast of West End's BILLY ELLIOT

This week 11 year old Todd Bell from Whitehaven, Cumbria, joins the cast of Billy Elliot the Musical at the Victoria Palace Theatre to play Billy Elliot's best friend Michael, alternating the role with current Michaels Zach Atkinson (12 years old from Manchester) and Tomi Fry (11 years old from Swindon). Todd Bell will join the adult cast led by Ruthie Henshall (Mrs Wilkinson), Deka Walmsley (Dad), Chris Grahamson (Tony), Ann Emery (Grandma), Howard Crossley (George) and Barnaby Meredith (Older Billy) alongside current Billy Elliots Elliott Hanna (11 years old from Liverpool), Ollie Jochim (12 years old from Chelmsford, Essex Bradley Perret (12 years old from Juan les Pins, France) and Matteo Zecca (12 years old from Buckinghamshire) who alternate the title role.

Well, if you weren't fully invested in Season 11 of 'So You Think You Can Dance' yet, tonight is the night to dive-in head first. With the Top-10 being joined by an incredible cast of All-Stars, this week's episode brought about as much excitement as a dance fan can handle. Each dancer was, more or less, paired with an All-Star inside their genre, and nearly all of the 10 couples delivered excellent routines. That being said, a few left me disappointed.

The park was closed especially for the dancers who are about to embark on a 40-city tour which kicks off on September 19 in New Orleans.

Original 'Billy' Jamie Bell Talks 'ELLIOT' Role to People Mag

Actor Jamie Bell, the award winning actor who created the role of Billy Elliot in the film version can currently be seen on the big screen in 'Defiance', he spoke to People magazine about working on that film as well as his performance in Billy Elliot. On dealing with fame and an Oscar nomination at age 13, he explained, 'I had my mom. The day I got back from the Oscars, she said, 'Great. Now take out the trash.' Bell, now 22, also explains that the other kids at school would, 'Chase me around school, I didn't know of they wanted to beat me up or congratulate me.'
