Seeking performers for a non-union musical production in English that will be presented at two locations:

  1. The Co-Cathedral of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church located at 852 Pacific Street. Brooklyn, NY 11238.
  2. Queens Theater located at 14 United Nations Avenue South, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, NY 11368. www.queenstheatre.org

Seeking performers for all roles: Mary, Joseph, Elizabeth, Anna, Israelites, Ensemble Dancers and Understudies.

BREAKDOWN:

MARY: 23-30. Black or Latina. Strong female actor and singer, and skilled dancer.

SOLDIER & PRIEST: 23 - 30. White or Latino. Strong male actor, skilled singer and dancer.

MALE DANCERS / SINGERS / ACTORS: 20-32. Any ethnicity. To play multiple characters: Joseph, Israelites, and understudies.

FEMALE DANCERS / SINGERS / ACTORS: 20-32. Any ethnicity. To play multiple characters: Elizabeth, Anna, Israelites and understudies.

Tech R/Runthrough 1 at Queens Theater: December 18th at 6:00 pm
Tech R/Runthrough 2 at Co-Cathedral: December 19th at 6:00 pm

COMPENSATION:

Non Union contract: pays $500 for the entire rehearsal process and first performance, plus $100 for each additional performance.
