SEASON 12 AUDITIONS

WHAT:



Open call auditions for the next season of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE! Sunday’s auditions are with producers from the show, and Tuesday’s callbacks are with the SYTYCD judges.





SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE's newest season features an intensified competition between dancers from stage and street, and has been out on the audition trail to five cities, including New York, Dallas, Detroit, Memphis and Los Angeles. Hopefuls will have the opportunity to show they have what it takes to be America’s Favorite Dancer when auditions hit Memphis on stop four of five cities at Orpheum Theatre Sunday, March 8th.





DATE:



Sunday, March 8, 2015 (7:00 – 9:30 AM)



· B-Roll/Photos of the line



· Interviews with auditioners



· Interview/Photo with Producer



· Interview with Host Cat Deeley (pending availability)





Tuesday, March 10, 2015 (11:30 AM arrival to observe auditions or 12:30 PM for electronic crews to secure b-roll before interviews.)



· Interview/Photo with Judges Nigel Lythgoe, Paula Abdul and Jason Derulo, as well as Host Cat Deeley



· Observe 1 hour of auditions (no recording permitted)



· B-Roll of dancers in holding area before auditions

DETAILS:



You will have the opportunity to photograph/interview contestants waiting in line for their audition for the 12th season of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. A senior producer will be onsite to explain the audition process. Due to space limitations, we ask that you limit yourselves to a three person crew.
