Sciencetellers is currently casting performers to barnstorm all over the Boston area. Barnstorm? Yes, barnstorm!
Load up your car, drive to a venue, set up, perform our 45-minute interactive storytelling/comedy show featuring fire and dry ice, chat with audience members, break down, and drive to the next show!
If this fast-paced, independent, touring/roadie lifestyle sounds exciting, and you are looking for additional (and steady) performance opportunities throughout the year, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
For over ten years, Sciencetellers has performed engaging high-energy shows for school assemblies, libraries, scout meetings, camps, birthday parties, events -- anywhere there are kids and families!
You'll receive paid training and earn $60-$80 per show, plus tips and bonuses (10-15%) for referrals, positive evaluations, and repeat bookings. We also pay you $.30/mile (tax-free) to drive to and from events.
