Throughline Theatre Company announces auditions for their 2017 Season!
Throughline Theatre Company moves to the Henry Heymann Theatre in Oakland for the 2017 season with theme of “The Fair Sex”
Auditions for Throughline Theatre Company’s 2017 Season will be held at the Glitter Box Theater (460 Melwood Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224) on April 15th, from 12-3 PM and 5-8 PM. Auditions are by appointment; walk-ins are welcome, but will be fit in as time allows. Please submit a request for an appointment by going to
www.throughlinetheatre.org/auditions.html, and filling out the fields at the bottom of the page, with first and second preference for audition time. Please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue; if you do not have a monologue, material for a cold read will be provided for you. Please also bring with you a headshot and acting resume.
The 2017 season’s throughline is “The Fair Sex” Productions include: In the Next Room (or The Vibrator Play) by Sarah Ruhl (production dates June 16th-24th) and Cloud 9 by Caryl Churchill (production dates August 11th-19th). Both productions will take place in the Henry Heymann Theatre, located in the Stephen Foster Memorial in Oakland (4301 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213).
