Learn with Laughter is having an open casting call for actors who sing and dance for the production of Fun with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Learn with Laughter has partnered with Charlotte/Mecklenburg (CMS) district to present this musical production with live action, robotic puppets, magic, multimedia segments and live music for 5,000 CMS elementary school students and the greater Charlotte community at Blumenthal Performing Arts Booth Playhouse, March 27-April 6, 2014. The lead character has been cast. This entertaining show is perfect for the whole family.

Casting:
Fiona the Science Buff – Female, age range 15-19, Hispanic, African American, Asian. Must have perky, engaging personality. Must be able to sing and dance.
Circus Gang – Male and Female, age range 15-19, all races considered. Energetic. Must be able to use a video camera onstage (camera experience). Must be able to push and pull 30 lb weight on-stage. Must be able to sing and dance.
There is pay. Actors should bring a picture and resume and prepare a song. They will be asked to sing a cappella. Actors may pick up sides for their character outside Dance Studio A on 3rd floor 15 minutes before they audition. Signup sheet will be on 3rd Floor.
