Granite Theatre announces auditions for
“A Christmas Carol – A Musical”
Renaissance City Theatre Inc., the producing entity at the Granite Theatre of Westerly, will be holding auditions for the holiday classic “A Christmas Carol – A Musical'” on Sunday September 17 at 5 pm and Monday, September 18 at 7 pm at the theatre, 1 Granite Street, Westerly, RI. The show is produced by David Jepson. The performance dates for the show are December 1 to December 23 for 14 performances.
This is a light-hearted musical adaptation of our traditional Christmas classic! We bring to life London of the 1800's with Scrooge, Tiny Tim and all your favorite characters in this heartwarming Christmas celebration. Make it a tradition!
The show will be directed and musically directed by Scott Morency and choreography by Lisa Clough. The cast needed for this production include men and women of all ages and children 11 years old and up. If you’ve not acted before this is a perfect opportunity to join in on the fun especially in the holiday season!
Readings will be from the script. Please bring your sheet music and be prepared to sing. Bring a head shot or current photo with you to the audition if you have not auditioned with us previously.
