Kansas City's indie-rock band The Greeting Committee have unleashed their latest single, “Cyclical.” The breezy yet vulnerable track comes from the band’s upcoming new album, Everyone’s Gone and I Know I’m The Cause, set for release on June 21. Bay Area trio Sour Widows share “Staring Into Heaven/Shining” the entrancing new single and album closer from their recently announced debut record Revival Of A Friend, out June 28th on Exploding In Sound Records. The song comes with a video directed by Henry Kinder that was shot across Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach in San Francisco and Thee Stork Club in Oakland. Watch the music video!
Westport Country Playhouse will present a Script in Hand playreading of the comedic mystery, “Mrs. Christie,” a fictional account of the unsolved 1926 disappearance of Agatha Christie, one of the most-read mystery writers, written by Heidi Armbruster and directed by Mark Shanahan, on Monday, May 13, at 7 p.m.
Alternative rock group The Early November is back with another new single; “Tired Of Lying” is out now, along with a brand new music video. “Tired Of Lying” is the third track to be released from the band’s forthcoming Self-Titled album. Shares frontman Ace Enders: “This song is about overcoming childhood trauma and demons while at the same time learning about and trying to face your new ones.
