Five-dollar tickets are now on sale for Phil the Hall, April 4–6, 2019. New York's first responders, volunteers, and service professionals are invited to experience the New York Philharmonic, led by Music Director Jaap van Zweden, performing music connected to New York and its Orchestra — by Beethoven, Bernstein, students in the Philharmonic's Very Young Composers program, and more — live at its Lincoln Center home.

New York cabaret artist, LINDA SUE MOSHIER, weaves a humorous tale of inspiration featuring the music of Barbra Streisand. With iconic songs like 'He Touched Me' and 'Starting Here, Starting Now' and lesser-known gems like 'I'm All Smiles' 'When in Rome' and 'Sweet Zoo', Linda takes us from her childhood in Kansas through a musical adventure to face what each singer must face - finding her own voice. And with one VERY SPECIAL GUEST she just might find it. Directed by Kevin B McGlynn, Music Direction by Phil Hall w/Aaron Heick, Ed MacEachen, Ray Marchica and Karl Spicer.

The New York Philharmonic will present Phil the Hall, special $5 concerts conducted by Music Director Jaap van Zweden for New York's first responders, volunteers, and other service professionals. Miss America 2019 Nia Franklin, a soprano and composer, will host the concerts, which feature iconic music central to the history of New York and its Philharmonic as well as World Premieres of works created by New York City students participating in the Philharmonic's Very Young Composers program. The Orchestra will be joined by the Westminster Symphonic Choir, directed by Joe Miller. The concerts will take place Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, April 5 at 8:00 p.m.; and Saturday, April 6 at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

On Saturday, November 17, the LA Phil will take a deep dive into the experimental and influential Fluxus movement with Fluxconcert, one of the largest Fluxus events ever to be put on by a major symphony orchestra. LA Phil Makes 10,000 Free Tickets Available To Walt Disney Concert Hall

Breaking down economic barriers to Walt Disney Concert Hall and ensuring that its Centennial will be a celebration for all of L.A., the Los Angeles Philharmonic today announced that it will collaborate with the Los Angeles County Supervisors through its Education Department to distribute 10,000 free tickets to concerts during the anniversary season, October 2018 through June 2019. Through an innovative program called 100 for the 100th: Be Our Guest, free tickets will be made available by the LA Phil for 100 Walt Disney Concert Hall events: Los Angeles Philharmonic concerts conducted by Music & Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel, concerts featuring major guest artists, holiday programs, youth concerts, World, Jazz, and Songbook programs, and more.
