The Park Theatre has postponed its free concert “A Good Day – A Concert of Musical Theatre Songs by Eric B. Sirota” and open house, a re-opened Gallery at the Park, and a peek inside of the refurbishment project in process. Applicable NJ State COVID-related protocols will be followed and posted.

Off-Broadway Producers John Lant and Maarten Cornelis in association with Write Act Repertory and Gatehouse Entertainment today announced the Off-Broadway premiere of The Importance Of Being Earnestly LGBTQ+, a modern day N.Y.C. Vogue telling of the classic duality tale. The production begins previews on Tuesday July 6th at The Actors Temple, 339 West 47th Street (between 8th and 9th Avenues).

The Park Theatre in Union City, a 1300+ seat house owned by the Archdiocese of Newark, was built in 1931 and had for many years been an active performing arts venue, made famous by the Passion Play. In recent years it had fallen into disuse and in need of restoration.

A dynamic love story between the fearless Italian journalist Oriana Fallaci and the Greek freedom-fighter Alexander Panagoulis is dramatized in the new play, SHOW ME A HERO, scheduled to run February 23 - March 29, 2020 at Write Act Rep' Brickhouse Theatre in North Hollywood. Written by Willard Manus, the production will be helmed by Daniel E. Keough.
