The 2024 Tribeca Festival has unveiled its features lineup, offering a diverse array of narrative, documentary, and animated films, including several from Broadway favorites. The festival will see the world premiere of LIZA: A Truly Terrific Absolutely True Story about Broadway icon Liza Minnelli. Documentaries include the world premiere of Satisfied, an intimate look at the actress Renée Elise Goldsberry.

The 2023 Rochester Fringe Festival (September 12-23) recently wrapped its twelfth festival and immediately started planning for 2024. The non-profit festival, which like many arts organizations is still rebounding from the pandemic, saw a 39% increase in ticket sales over the 2022 festival.
Celebrities lending their support for this year’s fundraising special included Elizabeth Banks, Jessica Biel, Don Cheadle, Katie Couric, Danai Gurira, Tony Hale, Ken Jeong, Queen Latifah, Maria Menounos, Julianne Moore, Tig Notaro, Jimmy Smits, Eric Stonestreet and Justin Timberlake. Organizers of the 2023 Rochester Fringe Festival (Tuesday, September 12–Saturday, September 23) announced that Tig Notaro will be this year’s comedy headliner on Saturday, September 16 at 8:00 p.m. in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre, 26 Gibbs Street.
The Warner Theatre will welcome comedian TIG NOTARO to the Oneglia Auditorium on Friday, September 15 at 8 pm. Tickets go on sale to Warner Supporters on Tuesday, June 27 at 10 am, and to the public on Friday, June 30 at 10 am.
