Blake Rose Set to Join Lauren Spencer Smith on North American Tour This Summer
Blake will embark on the 19-date North American leg, alongside singer Geena Fontanella, kicking off July 14 in Chicago, and playing cities including Detroit, Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle and more, before concluding August 17 in Vancouver, BC.

The Milburn Stone Theatre Presents NEXT TO NORMAL, 4/25-5/4
The Milburn Stone Theatre of North East, Maryland, winner of Best Theatre in the 2013 Broadway World Baltimore awards opens the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning musical, NEXT TO NORMAL by Brian Yorkey and Tom Kitt (the creative team behind this broadway seasons IF/THEN) on April 25th, 2014.
Theatre Hopkins' THE GLORIOUS ONES Closes July 4
Theatre Hopkins will open its final production of the season, the Maryland premiere of the musical comedy, The Glorious Ones on Friday, June 11, at the Swirnow Theater in the Mattin Center on The Johns Hopkins University's Homewood campus, 3400 N. Charles St. in Baltimore.

First, let me admit, I adore the music of Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens. My introduction to them began at the Olney Theatre Center with their musical farce Lucky Stiff over twenty years ago. Then there was the incredible Broadway hit Once on this Island, My Favorite Year, the mega musical Ragtime, followed by the poignant A Man of No Importance and the challenging Dessa Rose, and in 2007, The Glorious Ones.
