Recently, Elisabeth Morrow School students participated in a TEDx talk given by Elizabeth Barry, entrepreneur and founder of TEDx Hoboken. Students learned about TED talks, learned the TEDx High Five, and played The Courage Game. The theme of TEDx Hoboken was 'Infinite Horizons,' and students explored the limitless power and potential that they have to follow their dreams. The students also watched a TED talk by a teenager from Kenya, Africa. The African student created an invention to scare away lions from attacking cows in his Masai village.
Bridge Repertory Theater opens its first full season, in collaboration with Playhouse Creatures Theatre Company of NYC, with an ambitious production of Stephen Jeffreys' play about the life of 17th century poet John Wilmot.
