Arizona Broadway Theatre's (ABT) 7th Annual Broadway Ball was a spectacular affair overflowing with champagne, chandeliers, guests wearing their very best, live performances, and loads of fun! ABT's annual event brought out over 300 attendees on Saturday, February 29, 2020, and raised over $140,000 in support of the theatre's artistic and educational programs. The festivities included a live auction featuring a Viking River Cruise, Sedona 'Cool Down' summer get-away, an exclusive in-home dinner for eight featuring ABT's talented culinary and service team, a silent auction, the all-new 'Bubbles & Barrels' sparkling wine and whiskey tasting experience, 'Gift Card Frenzy,' and the very popular 'Wine Pull.'
Arizona Broadway Theatre Production Of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES Will Transfer To Herberger Theater Center in March
Following a highly successful run in Peoria at Arizona Broadway Theatre (ABT), La Cage aux Folles will move to Herberger Theater Center (HTC) in downtown Phoenix March 6 through March 22, 2020.* ABT has been a resident company at HTC since 2018 having partnered with HTC on productions such as A Christmas Carol, Beauty and The Beast, Mary Poppins, Sweeney Todd, An American in Paris and, most recently, the hilarious Addams Family in June 2019.

Arizona Broadway Theatre (ABT) - known for its high-quality musical theatre productions since opening its doors in 2005 - is now creating opportunities to give back to the community through show-specific Impact Projects that correspond to the subject matter of the show running on stage. The first Impact Project is a teen-youth anti-bullying campaign entitled, 'I Am What I Am,' which includes partnerships with Herberger Theater Center (HTC) and other Phoenix-based community organizations such as One Community and One n Ten.

New Musicals By Debra Barsha, Sheilah Rae, & Brad Ross To Dance In New York Theatre Barn's Choreography Lab
The fifth season of New York Theatre Barn's Choreography Lab concludes on Monday, December 3rd, 2018 at 2pm at The Cell. Funded in part by a generous gift from the Amber Foundation, The Choreography Lab was created to elevate and expand the use of dance in musical theatre. It is also the only curated choreography platform where choreographers and writers collaborate to develop movement for new musicals during incubation. Director/Choreographer Shea Sullivan (R.R.R.E.D., Pageant!) will serve as the lab's guest moderator.
