The Festival of Arts Fine Art Show in Laguna Beach is gearing up for its grand opening this summer on July 3, 2024. However, before the main event this summer, art enthusiasts and patrons have an opportunity to preview the captivating works of many first-time Festival exhibitors at Fresh Faces 2024. 

New York City Mayor Eric Adams and Department of Cultural Affairs Commissioner Laurie Cumbo have launched an interactive map and website showcasing artwork commissioned over the course of the program's history and declared March 14, 2024 “Percent for Art Day” in the city of New York in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Percent for Art program.

Creative Liberties Artist Studios and Gallery will continue its season's offerings with an all-packed March, starting with its House of Hues Pop Up Shop, February 29, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., and March 1 and 2, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. See the full lineup here!

In this month's Creative Liberties Artist Studios & Gallery's Family Day, youth arts educator Shelley Kishpaugh will show children and their parents how art and creativity don't always need special supplies.

This summer the Festival of Arts is celebrating a major milestone: its 90th anniversary. On Saturday, August 13th,1932 the Festival of Arts opened its doors for the very first time as two dozen artists hung their paintings on fences, trees, and buildings along Laguna's main street hoping to lure tourists to the first Festival of Arts.
