City Theatre has announced the second show of its 2021/2022 subscription season, An Untitled New Play by Justin Timberlake by Matt Schatz (The Burdens, City Theatre 2019) in a co-production with Pittsburgh CLO. 

Point Park University's award-winning Pittsburgh Playhouse presents The Wolves by playwright Sarah DeLappe. With accolades as a Finalist in 2017 for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and winner of the 2015 Relentless Award for Playwriting, The Wolves runs from February 21 a?" March 8 in the Highmark Theatre at the Pittsburgh Playhouse, located at 350 Forbes Avenue in Downtown Pittsburgh.

Originally commissioned as part of South Coast Repertory Theatre's CrossRoads initiative (Marc Masterson, Artistic Director) the play explores a family consumed by California's crippling housing crisis and the life of a "parachute kid," sent to live alone in America while his father remains in Hong Kong. Point Park University's Conservatory Theatre Company presents Kiss Me, Kate, a classic American musical about romance, comedy, and all of the shenanigans that go into making a musical. With a sweeping score and jazzed-out dance numbers, this is a pivotal show that defined the Golden Age of musicals and even won the first-ever Tony Award for Best Musical in 1949.
