The show is much, but bearable and moreover brings you into the world of a sick person.

In a nutshell Frankenstein is an entertaining, though minimalistic show with simple, yet important themes. Its target audience is children, though adults can enjoy it alike for there are recognisable songs and scenic jokes on living in a student studio.

If you’re ready to sit on your seat and enjoy the imagination the crew has put on stage in terms of bringing philosophy and philosophers to life, through them wondering the meta-meaning of everything you see and hear… This is for you!

Tuukka Vasama and Timo Ruuskanen are the clown pair on stage, named Mike and Zin. They have also done the dramaturgy work and are clearly professionals in clownery. Their movements and gestures are polished and they have good connection with each other. Also the improv parts are quite in flow, though you can see a little smirk every now and then.

I really hope that in the following episodes Bad Apples would slow down its hurry and absorb us into its lure that clearly hides beneath all the fuzz.

The performance and spesifically the script ended up presentgin two maleficent work communities in clear, could I say compressed characters with clear objects and satirical straits.

Comedic acting is not for everyone. It needs a distinct, different type of view of life as well. One has to see the amusement in oneself and in life situations. You have to be able to set yourself to be laughed at, to see yourself as a comedic character so to speak.

Agatha Christie was a genius and it was nothing else but a proper time to celebrate her talent during a dimming, windy Autumn evening. The tickets are quite in demand for this mysterious whodunnit, which at least held me in its suspenseful grip from the very beginning all the way to the end.

On 17.10. I went to see the very premiere of Tämä on ryöstö (Comedy about bank robbery - Play by Henry Lewis, Henry Shields, and Jonathan Sayer). It was my first visit to Kouvola Theatre and gosh was I delighted.

All in all Cabaret is a fresh interpretation of the old classic with distincitve Höglund-aesthetic. The music leaves to play in your head and lights to blink in your eyes - though you'd close them.

I went to see the Gypsy camp goes to Heaven at Vuohensaari's Summer theatre. First I have to say that the promo pictures by Mikko Pääkkönen are really good and present the atmosphere of the show quite well. I love the hues and some what dreamy atmosphere they have.
