Kyra Phillips and John Roberts Perform in THE NUTCRACKER December 23rd

The Washington Ballet is pleased to announce a special performance of DC's iconic classic, The Nutcracker on Sunday, December 23 at 5:30 pm featuring appearances by Kyra Phillips, ABC Investigative Correspondent, and her husband, Fox News Chief White House Correspondent John Roberts, performing the walk-on roles of The Merry Widow and The Ambassador.

Kyra Phillips joined CNN in 1999 as an anchor and moved to Headline News in 2012. She later returned to CNN as an Investigative Correspondent. In April 2018 she joined ABC News as an Investigative Correspondent. Since 1992, she has been a Big Sister with National Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America. She is on the board of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, The Fisher House Foundation and serves on the Honorary Board of the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors; a program that offers help, hope, and healing to those grieving the death of a loved one serving in America's Armed Forces.

John Roberts joined FOX News Channel as a Senior National Correspondent in January 2011. Prior to FNC, John was an Anchor/Correspondent at CNN for four years. He spent 14 years at CBS covering the White House, major news events and anchored weekend editions of the CBS Evening News and CBS Morning News. John has won numerous awards including several Emmys and the New York Press Club.

The Nutcracker will be performed at the historic Warner Theatre November 29-December 28.
