Considered by many to be the most charming musical ever written, She Loves Me is a warm romantic comedy with an endearing innocence and a touch of old world elegance.Auditions: Feb 9 @ 11:00am; Feb 11 & 12 @ 7:00pmPerformances: May 2-5, 2019Location: Italian Club of Tampa (1731 E 7th Ave. Tampa, FL 33605)Rehearsals begin: Feb 18AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:Prepare a monologue of approximately one minute and one classic or contemporary musical theatre song in the correct style of the role you are seeking. Vocal auditions must have an accompaniment track (CD, mp3, etc. or may be a cappella, if need be), as there will not be an accompanist present. Your song should show your vocal range as well as your ability to create and embody character and tell a story through music. Truthful, honest connection to the material is paramount for both singing and acting.Seeking six (6) adult women, nine (9) adult men. All roles are open for this production.There will be a dance/movement audition. Please be prepared to learn a short routine and dress appropriately.All those auditioning are encouraged to provide a resume of their onstage experience.
