Delaware Theatre Company has announced a change in its line-up for the 2012-2013 season. Just yesterday the theatre announced a partnership with members of the Delaware Symphony Orchestra for a Spring 2013 production of SOUTH PACIFIC. Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic musical will replace MY FAIR LADY as the conclusion to its 12-13 season, and will run from April 10-May 5, 2013.
Today, even as American Idiot prepares to sail for Europe, Berkeley Repertory Theatre announced that its upcoming production of Chinglish is headed for Hong Kong. It plays from March 1 through March 6 in the 1,200-seat Lyric Theatre at the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts.

As the season launch in Fall 2012, Scott Elliott, Artistic Director of The New Group, directs Francine Volpe's The Good Mother, featuring Gretchen Mol. Jonathan Marc Sherman's new work Clive arrives in Winter 2013, directed by and featuring Ethan Hawke in the title role. Spring 2013 ushers in the premiere of a new musical at The New Group, Bunty Berman Presents..., by Ayub Khan Din (music, book, lyrics) and Paul Bogaev (music), directed by Scott Elliott.

After seven years of writing, re-writing, fine tuning, and revelatory readings, Alexander deJong's opulent Liberace musical, ALL THAT GLITTERS will be presented in its Pre-Broadway workshop from Tuesday, May 8 through Friday, May 11 at the Baryshnikov Arts Center (450 West 37 Street - between Ninth and Tenth Avenues). The musical is aiming for an April 2013 Broadway Opening.
