Performances of The 5th Avenue Theatre's original staging of The Wiz, the beloved reimagining of The Wizard of Oz that celebrates and centers Black joy, starts one month from today on Saturday, November 19, running through December 23, 2022.

Village Theatre is thrilled to inaugurate their 40th Anniversary Season with The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. The fast-paced and irreverent Tony Award-winning comedy is set to run in at the Francis J. Gaudette Theatre in Issaquah September 12 a?" October 20, 2019 before moving to the Everett Performing Arts Center October 25 a?" November 17, 2019.
Winner of five Tony Awards and Seven Olivier Awards, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time will run at Village Theatre beginning this March. The production, directed by Village Theatre artistic director Jerry Dixon, will be his first directing credit since becoming the organization's artistic leader in June of 2018. Village Theatre's production features an all-new score by Curtis Moore (Broadway: Lucky Guy with Tom Hanks), as well as choreography by Sonia Dawkins (Prism Dance Theatre).
An intimate and nostalgic musical chronicling 50 years of life and love, Village Theatre brings I Do! I Do!, a two-person Broadway classic created by the writing team behind The Fantasticks, to the stage beginning in January 2019. The story, which garnered seven Tony Award nominations in 1967, begins on the wedding day of Michael and Agnes and follows the perils and triumphs of marriage, children, arguments, and more.
