Oklahoma! is a classic American musical that first debuted on Broadway in 1943, and has remained popular ever since. With unforgettable music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, this Tony Award-winning show is set in the early 1900s in the territory of Oklahoma.
The story follows the romantic relationships and rivalries between cowboys and farmers, and explores themes of love, loyalty, and the pursuit of the American dream. The show features unforgettable songs such as “Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin‘” and “People Will Say We’re in Love“, and includes lively dance numbers and charming humor. With its timeless story and iconic music, Oklahoma! is a must-see musical that continues to captivate audiences of all ages.
