This Sunday, Museum of Jewish Heritage - A Living Memorial to the Holocaust, National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene, Sing for Hope, and Lang Lang International Music Foundation presented 'We Are Here: A Celebration of Resilience, Resistance, and Hope.'

This Sunday, June 14, Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust, National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene, Sing for Hope, and Lang Lang International Music Foundation will come together to present “We Are Here: A Celebration of Resilience, Resistance, and Hope.”

Until the curtain rises again, the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach is entertaining its patrons with Kravis @ Home featuring a curated selection of virtual concerts, lectures, dance performances and arts educations activities, as well as original programs and presentations. 

The Child Mind Institute today launched #WeThriveInside, a timely and empowering response to the unprecedented challenges facing American children and families during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning in May, National Mental Health Awareness Month, the Child Mind Institute will debut homemade videos daily featuring notable individuals.

On Sunday, the Museum of Jewish Heritage - A Living Memorial to the Holocaust presented New York's Annual Gathering of Remembrance.

The doctor is in, as Theater J's 2018 hit production of Mark St. Germain's Becoming Dr. Ruth returns for a four week run before transferring to Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park where it plays for six weeks. Director Holly Twyford again joins forces with actor Naomi Jacobson to bring to life the story of renowned sex therapist and media personality Dr. Ruth Westheimer. Becoming Dr. Ruth runs March 27 - April 19, 2020, with press invited to Opening Night on Tuesday, March 31 at 7:30.

The Museum of Jewish Heritage a?" A Living Memorial to the Holocaust will honor Dr. Ruth K. Westheimer at its annual Generation to Generation event on Tuesday evening, November 12, 2019. The event will be held at the Museum, located at Edmond J. Safra Plaza, 36 Battery Place, New York City.

 DOC NYC, America's largest documentary festival, announced the full lineup for its expanded tenth anniversary edition, running November 6-15 at the IFC Center in Greenwich Village and Chelsea's SVA Theatre and Cinépolis Chelsea. The 2019 festival includes 136 feature-length documentaries among over 300 films and events overall, making this landmark year DOC NYC's biggest edition yet. Included are 28 world premieres 27 US or North American premieres and 59 NYC premieres, with more than 500 doc makers and special guests expected in person to present their films or participate on panels.
