The producers of CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG announced today that the Broadway musical will play its final performance Saturday, December 31, 2005 at 2pm.
On October 31st, Scarlett Strallen will take over in the title role of Mary Poppins on the West End, and three other performers will enter the show, as well
Variety reports that the Sherman Brothers will be writing a new musical based on an original story - Merry-Go-Round.
