'Max & Ruby' Family Show Begins at Theatreworks 12/7

Theatreworks USA, the nation's leading not-for-profit professional theatre for family audiences, launches its 47th season with the New York premiere of the live stage adaptation of the hit children's television series Max & Ruby, for a limited engagement at Off-Broadway's Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street), Friday, December 7, 2007 through Sunday, January 13, 2008, with an official Opening on Sunday, December 9 at 2PM.

Beechman to Present Evening of Short Musicals in April

The Laurie Beechman Theatre has announced three special performances in April, featuring premiere performances of three brand new short musicals. On Fridays, April 6, 13 & 20 at 7pm, three new pieces by students of NYU's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing program will debut upon the theatre's stage.
