Legends in Concert at Flamingo Las Vegas will commemorate the historic milestone of 33 successful years in the entertainment capital of the world November 6 through November 21, celebrating Las Vegas legends with special appearances. Knife Thrower's Assistance is an experiment in merging creative forces. A project which began by combining the folk rock work of songstress Eve Blackwater and the experimental chamber folk songs of Heidi Harris. They pooled together musicians of different backgrounds to create a collective which would bring the music to new and dynamic platforms, creating an experience where the Assistant becomes the Thrower and the Thrower becomes the Assistant.

For the eleventh year in a row, Florida Stage is presenting its Annual Young Playwrights Festival, a celebration of the playwriting skills of school children from throughout Palm Beach County. This year, six winning plays representing the work of ten talented young people have been chosen from more than two hundred submissions. Winners will have their work presented as a staged reading by professional actors in the Festival's culminating public performance at Florida Stage. The Young Playwrights Festival performance will be held at Florida Stage on Monday, March 28, beginning at 7:00 PM. Admission is free. The event is open to the public.
