Now & Then Creative Company is excited to kick off their 2nd season with the ultimate absurd comedy - Rhinoceros by Eugene Ionesco - opening next Friday, November 2. This classic from 1959 examines a disturbing and hilarious chain of events that spawn from the arrival of a stampeding rhinoceros...well, was it a rhinoceros? Could it be something...more? The laughs are plenty, the story is outrageous, and at the center of it all, we feel Ionesco's searing social commentary of mid-20th century Europe - which solidifies the play's timelessness. Part cautionary tale, part absurd romp, Rhinoceros feels fresh, relevant, and offers something for everyone.

Eisemann Center Presents the Theatre & Comedy production of Jaston Williams' hilarious new comedy Clear to Partly Crazy for three performances running October 19-20, 2018 at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson. The Tuna series (Greater Tuna, A Tuna Christmas, Red, White and Tuna and Tuna Does Vegas) - performed for over two decades - earned Williams a reputation as a gifted story-teller.

In two one-act plays, the chance meeting and 'catch-up' conversation between two women, furthers and reveals a bond of friendship based on past experiences and higher education. The work, as presented by Cesear's Forum, is entitled PLATH & ORION and comprises Lanford Wilson's THE GREAT NEBULA IN ORION and Greg Cesear's PLATH, SEXTON AND THE ART OF CONFESSION.

theatre KAPOW has announced its eleventh season of programming for 2018-2019. tKAPOW places great importance on the selection of a season of shows that complement each other. Previous seasons have focused on such themes as dream, see, breathe, and last season's faith & story. Now, for its eleventh season, theatre KAPOW's theme will be 'explore.' All of tKAPOW's fully staged productions this year will be at the Derry Opera House.

The award winning Hope Theatre has announced its upcoming Winter Season under the artistic direction of Off West End award winner Matthew Parker.

A Red Orchid Theatre presents a special summer engagement of Victims of Duty by Eugene Ionesco and directed by Shira Piven. Victims of Duty runs July 11 - August 5, 2018 at A Red Orchid Theatre, 1531 N Wells in Chicago. Press performances are scheduled for Saturday, July 14 at 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
