Antaeus Theatre Company returns to in-person performances in 2022 with two reading series and two full productions. All performances will take place at the Kiki & David Gindler Performing Arts Center in Glendale, CA.

Out of an abundance of caution, and after receiving guidance from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, the Los Angeles Master Chorale announces the cancellation of its 40th annual Messiah Sing-Along, scheduled to take place on December 20, 2021, at Walt Disney Concert Hall.

The Los Angeles Master Chorale, led by Grant Gershon, Kiki & David Gindler Artistic Director, is continuing its 2021-22 season with Rachmaninoff’s All-Night Vigil, and the highly anticipated return of beloved holiday favorites, Festival of Carols, Handel’s Messiah, and the 40th Annual Messiah Sing-Along.

The Los Angeles Master Chorale, led by Grant Gershon, Kiki & David Gindler Artistic Director, will make its long-awaited return to Walt Disney Concert Hall and welcome back concertgoers on Saturday, September 25 and Sunday, September 26, 2021 with its season kick-off concert, Invitation.

After nearly a dozen years, longtime arts patron David Gindler is stepping aside as board chair at Antaeus Theatre Company. Executive coach and consultant Evie DiCiaccio has been newly elected to the position.

On August 28, 2020, the Los Angeles Master Chorale will release its recording of The Sacred Veil on Signum Classics. This powerful, thought-provoking 12-movement work is scored for SATB choir, cello, and piano by composer Eric Whitacre and poet-lyricist Charles Anthony Silvestri. Silvestri's wife, Julie, died of ovarian cancer at age 36 in 2005, leaving two young children. His texts (written collaboratively with Whitacre) and the intimate, compelling score tell a story of courtship, love, loss, and the search for solace.

Low-priced previews begin Feb. 13.
