The Mayor of the Theater invites you to master even signed three of Norway's best young choreographers: Alan Lucien Øyen, Stian Danielsen and Ludvig Daae.
Multikunstneren Alan Lucien Øyen worked among other things. the Carte Blanche, before he established his own company Winter Guests. Recently, he became the House choreographer at the Norwegian Opera and Ballet, along with The Power branch. The island is known for its great work in which he blends dance, film and theatre. In the award-winning "... and Carolyn" he makes a captivating beautiful duo with a starting point in a musical quote from the movie American Beauty.
Stian Danielsen has among other things. worked as a dancer for The Power branch Company and choreographed their own work that has toured in France, Sweden and Italy. In the summer of 2011 he made his first feature-length performance Precipice in Frysjajuvet, and in may 2014, he Debuts at the Opera with the new choreography. In the Triple dose of dance we get to see his most recent and critically acclaimed works Grip, with the two dancers in a strong and humorous Duet.
Ludvig Daae has worked as a choreographer and dancer since 2006. His performances are shown in a number of countries in Europe and Norway. In MM, which is included in this three-part program, makes Louis Daae a humorous virtual duo with itself. He is negotiating with himself on film, in an artistic process in which he is both the dancer and choreographer.
