Brageteatrets theatre production, "the event", the question of how far extends to the forgiveness in the face of evil. In the film, we find Heidi Gjermundsen Broch and Rolf Kristian Larsen, who in partnership with various local choirs, tells the story of tragedy, obsession and our destructive urge to comprehend the incomprehensible. In Drammen is our Bristol International choirs Gospel Choir and Chamber Choir of Apollo.

A female priest is working on the integration of immigrants in the local community. One of the measures is to drive her choir, where everyone who wants to, can take part. A boy comes a day to the choir practice, but he sings not with She don't think further on it, all are welcome no matter what. When the boy later
coming back, he pulls out a gun and start shooting people. After the shocking incident, the priest would like to understand how the boy could think of to do something so horrible. In her quest, she at the same time down their own lives. This is a piece about the empatiens inadequacy, if
how a society doctors their wounds and about how to get on after such a harrowing event. "The event" is a joint production between the Brageteatret, the two English theaters Actors Touring Company and the Young Vic, as well as the Schauspielhaus Vienna. The play is written by the Scottish playwright David Greig and has the original title The Events. The play had world premiere in Edinburgh in august 2013, where the play won a Fringe First Award during the International Theatre Festival.
