Pay: The play includes 12 major roles. Compensation for each of these roles will range from a minimum of $300/week to $500/week, depending on the varying demands of the roles and the performer’s experience.

Type Preferences:

Actors and actresses of all ages are encouraged to audition. The gender breakdowns are as follows:
Male: Lear, Kent, Albany, Cornwall, Oswald, Edgar, Edmund
Female: Goneril, Regan, Cordelia
Male or Female: Fool, Gloucester

Time Commitment: Rehearsals will begin Tuesday, January 2, 2018. By which time, it is expected that lines be memorized. There will be a rigorous 7 week rehearsal schedule concluding in two, 4-performance weekends that will start on February 15 and end on February 25.

Material To Prepare: Actors and actresses who have a particular interest in any of the roles are encouraged to prepare a scene sample for that role, from the play.
