CASTING CALL
Hundreds of artists have lost contracts and opportunities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many lost the chance to play a favorite role or perform in a dream show. WELL, we want to highlight YOU! NextStage is thrilled to announce our production “The Part That Got Away: A Virtual Cabaret”. The show will be a collection of songs and monologues from canceled shows all over the nation. We are looking for no more than 20 artists to perform work from their canceled productions and share the brilliance the world missed out on. To submit a song or monologue for the cabaret please fill out this link! After you submit, you may be asked to submit an informal vocal or acting demo video. Further details are below.

WHEN: Submissions will close Friday, July 3rd at 11:59 pm. All selected submissions will be notified by Monday, July 6th at 11:59 pm. In order to receive your stipend, show content and videos must be turned in by Monday, July 13th at 11:59 pm.
RUN DATES: The show will run Friday, July 17th - Sunday, July 19th. Since this is a virtual cabaret, the run dates are the days viewing is available.
COMPENSATION: If selected, each performer will receive a $10 stipend for each piece in the show. Stipends will be paid on Friday, July 17th
