CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
BERNARD (Age 18-40, Light barytone or tenor B2-A4)
A hermit crab. He’s a little shy and a lot more rational than The Little Mermaid. She’s his only friend and he would do anything to help her. Strong singer, must have strong comedic skills as well.

Project description
Once again, families will experience the fantastic story of ‘’The Little Mermaid’’ thanks to this extraordinary and colourful family musical! The musical features original script and music based on Hans Christian Andersen’s famous tale, and is recommended for children between 1 and 10.
Skills and attributes
• Advanced level of singing and acting
• Good level of dancing
• Bilingualism (English, French), an asset, not mandatory
• Experience in children’s entertainment, an asset
• Must feel motivated by the field of family entertainment
