Auditions for The Spectrum
Saturday, February 22nd; 12:30pm-2:00pm
On Saturday, February 22nd, 2014, male and female dancers 11-20 years old with advanced ballet training are invited to auditions for a contemporary and ballet project, The Spectrum.
Auditions will begin at 12:30 at Arizona Dance Artistry, located at 1745 W. Deer Valley Rd, Suite 102, Phoenix, Arizona 85041. Dancer sign in will begin at 12:15pm. Dancers should arrive in ballet attire and appropriate shoes. Female pointe dancers should anticipate dancing the full audition en pointe.
The Spectrum is a contemporary and ballet dance concert, which will be presented June 7th and 8th, 2014*. Samantha Gobeille (Owner and Artistic Director of Arizona Dance Artistry and Phoenix Youth Ballet Theatre), Sean Dahlburg (Director of Phoenix Contemporary Dance Co.) and Joseph Cavanaugh (Ballet Master of Ballet Arizona) will team up with additional local dance professionals to create this unique dance piece.
