The Method and the Madness

Auditions for an upcoming show at the Nightingale Theater, a new original work by Joseph Gomez. The Method and the Madness is a humorous romantic tragedy with songs that touches upon and fondle love, science, mental illness, atheism and more.
Rehearsals begin June 23 and run Sunday through Thursday for four weeks, with performances on July 19, 20, 26, 27, and August 2, and 3.
A large cast is needed; many juicy roles are available. There will be a handful of big musical numbers -- you don't have to be a strong singer or dancer, but you should be able to carry a tune and move well.
Auditions will consist of readings from the script and a test of your vocal range. Feel free to bring prepared material, musical or otherwise, but an accompanist will not be present. If you like what the Nightingale does and would like to get involved, this is an excellent opportunity. We hope you will attend.
