CPM is looking for students to participate in:
"Peter and The Wolf and Friends, A Musical Menagerie Featuring The Baltimore Symphonic Band and Children's Playhouse of MD."
This is a combined performance of CPM performers and the Baltimore Symphonic Band. Chris Wolfe is the conductor for The Baltimore Symphonic Band and Diane Smith will be directing the CPM segments.
We are looking for strong singers and dancers of all ages (under 18 or age 18 and still in high school.)
We will be staging the following numbers with the band:
Selections from 'Hairspray'
"Good Morning, Baltimore"
"The Nicest Kids In Town"
Selections from composers; Moussorgsky, Bartok, Kabelevsky and Mancini that will require solo dancers for pieces.
Staging of "Peter and the Wolf" - all characters.
Selections from 'Lion King'
"I Just Can't Wait To Be King"
"Hakuna Matata"
Hogwarts March - Harry Potter characters
Selections from 'Beauty and the Beast'
"Be Our Guest"
"Beauty and the Beast"
The performances are April 20, 2013, 2:00pm @ CCBC Catonsville and April 27, 2013 @ CCBC Essex.
Dress rehearsals at CCBC Catonsville are 4/16, 7:30pm and 4/20 @ 10:00am.
Dress rehearsals at CCBC Essex are 4/23, 7:30pm and 4/27 @ 10:00am
Conflicts are not allowed for these dates. The rest of the rehearsal schedule is not set yet and there will be flexibility with that schedule.

This will not conflict with any CPM show that is already in rehearsal or will be, ie: 'Aladdin' and 'Grease'. You will be able to perform in both if cast.
