GT Skokie Young Artists AUDITION NOTICE: "Midsummer Moonlight Madness"
Magic, fairies, mistaken identity, audience participation and pure fun with original music and creative movement are all part of this adaption of a Midsummer Night's Dream! Seeking young actors 18 and under.
Audition Date: Tuesday, December 17 and Thursday, December 19
Audition Time: 6-8pm on Tuesday, 5-7pm on Thursday
Audition Location: Skokie Theatre, 7924 Lincoln Ave, Skokie, IL 60077
Type/Restrictions: Seeking an ensemble of creative youth performers, all ages 18 and under. No experience needed to audition, looking for energetic, fun actors!
Time Commitment: Rehearsals begin Saturday, January 4 and will be Saturday
mornings, as well as one weeknight, to be determined based on actor availability.
Shows are Saturdays and Sundays at 4pm, February 15-23.
Material to Prepare: Please be prepared to tell a joke and give 2-3 sentences describing yourself. You will also be asked to do a cold reading and learn some basic movement. Please come dressed comfortably If possible, please bring a headshot and resume.
