Description: Les Misérables is the world’s longest running and most loved musical. Set in 19th
Century France, Les Mis is the epic tale of Jean Valjean as he breaks his parole and is
pursued by Inspector Javert while caring for the young orphaned Cosette. This classic
score features songs such as “I Dreamed a Dream,” “On My Own,” “Bring Him Home”
and “One Day More.” Les Mis has thrilled audiences for more than 25 years; don’t miss
the regional premiere of this global sensation at the Omaha Community Playhouse.

Auditions: Saturday, March 23, 11 a.m. and Saturday, March 30, 11 a.m.
Enter through the west “Stage Door” entrance and proceed to the check-in table.

Roles: All roles are open.
Children at least 9 years old
Females 16-55+
Males 16-55+

Requirements: Those auditioning should bring a piece of music (16-32 bars) to sing; a pianist will be
provided.

Show Dates: Sept. 20-Oct. 27, 2013; Wednesday–Saturday, 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, 2 p.m.
