The Rose To Host Auditions
For “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”
The Rose Theater will host an audition for adult and student roles in its 2013
production, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” at 6 pm on Monday,
February 11th and 6 pm on Tuedsay, February 12th. Adults and children, ages 8 and
older, are welcome to audition and must come to The Rose Theater, 2001 Farnam
Street.

Please come prepared to perform at least eight bars of a song. A basic dance
audition may also be conducted, so please come prepared to move.
Actors must be available for weeknight/weekend rehearsals between April 23 and
May 30, 2013 and weeknight/weekend performances between May 31 and June 16,
2013. This is a paid position for adult actors. Minority actors are highly encouraged to
audition. Roles are available for actors of all ages and genders.

About “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”
The favorite Biblical story of Joseph and his “Coat of Many Colors” comes to vibrant
musical life in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s now-classic musical! Joseph, a boy with prophetic dreams, experiences a difficult and inspiring journey when he is
sold into slavery by his jealous brothers and eventually becomes a revered leader of
Egypt. This production will be directed by Randi Collins Hard.
