The MVSO is producing this special event during our 30th Anniversary Celebration. Dare2Defy is our theater partner. Our theatrical director is Alan Bomar Jones, and David Deitrick will serve as orchestral musical director.
Rehearsals will be Tuesday and/or Wednesday evenings. Soloists will also work directly with the orchestra on select Thursday evenings. Final schedule TBD. Dress will be October 24, 25 at 7 pm at Dayton Masonic Center. Performances are on October 26th at 7 pm and 27th at 2 pm at the Dayton Masonic Center Theater.
All soloists and chorus must be off book prior to dress rehearsals. The show will be staged.

Chorus Only - All chorus members must show up at one of the audition dates, register, and receive additional show information. You do not have to audition if you have sung for the MVSO, Dare2Defy, or the Dayton Playhouse. Others may be asked to sing a few bars of their choice and identify their range. A pianist will be provided.
Soloists - You must audition. Plan to sing only from the selection you desire. Bring your own sheet music. Any key is acceptable for auditions and a pianist will be provided. Soloists will be selected both on their vocal and acting talents.
