SYNOPSIS: Alone Together tells the story of a mid-life couple who are finally enjoying life as “empty nesters”, only to have their 3 sons return one by one, after experiencing tough times in the real world.

SEEKING:
GEORGE and HELENE - 50's, Californians, comfortable socio-economically, college educated. Solid, traditional, involved and caring parents. Married when they were young. Helene was an artist but gave up her passion to raise a family. She is more emotional than he is.

KEITH – Late teens, going off to college. Not a bad student, but not a great student. Athletic. There is a quite a gap in age between the older sons and Keith so he was the “baby”, making him a little needy and not as self-sufficient as the older boys.

MICHAEL - 30 years old, lives with a woman in Boston. Teaches math at M.I.T. Dramatic, and suffers deeply. An “absent minded professor”, but very bright.

ELLIOTT – late 20’s, lives in Texas. Married but plays around; a charmer, but egotistical. Works in sales, constantly on the move, doing, planning;

JANIE – early 20's, effervescent, always sees the bright side. Comes from unstable background. Adorable in looks and personality.
