Following the 2013 release of his internationally acclaimed fifth studio album Stories From Elsewhere, Rhian Sheehan will perform Live with Orchestra Wellington at The Opera House, Saturday 2 November. Renowned for his emotive instrumental work that melds ambient post-rock and electronica with chamber music and environmental sounds, Sheehan’s performance will feature Sheehan and his 9-piece band of contemporary musicians alongside – for the very first time – the 16-piece Orchestra Wellington and a specially curated, emotive multimedia treatment. A rare aural and visual experience.
