Paramjit Singh Duggal aka Pammi aka Doggie aka Parmeetay has problems bigger than his pet names. Though he prefers calling them issues. His mother wants grandchildren. His father wants communism. His boss wants way too much and pays too little. His girlfriend wants love, which is a concept he is not too familiar with. But he has his friends. And top class weed. And an affinity for whiskey. And a night life that would put Batman to shame. And because of all this, he has very little time.
About the Group:
Akvarious Productions was founded by noted actor (film and theatre), screenwriter and director Akash Khurana in the early 90s. Its purpose was to groom and promote new talent in the fields of screenwriting and theatre. Since 1997, the founder’s son, Akarsh Khurana, has spearheaded Akvarious.
In the last 11 years, Akvarious Productions has staged over 35 plays covering a wide range of genres and languages, of which 5 have been nominated for the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards and 2 have won the prestigious award for Best Play.
