Playhouse 1960 presents Be More Chill. Currently running on Broadway, Playhouse 1960 is excited to bring Be More Chill to Houston. Jeremy Heere is just an average teenager. That is, until he finds out about The Squipa supercomputer that promises to bring him everything he desires most: a date with Christine, an invite to the raddist party of the year and a chance to survive life in his suburban High School. But is being the most popular guy in school worth the risk? Think Dear Evan Hansen meets Little Shop of Horrors. Be More Chill is based on the novel by Ned Vizzini. This production contains mature language and subject matter.Be More Chill opens July 19, 2019 and runs July 20, 26, 27, August 2, 3 @ 8:00 pm and August 4 @ 3:00 pm.
