Olivia
Female, 39, then 41. Smart, sexy, outwardly strong but covering some fragility. American but spent many years living abroad.

Lichen Spence-Andreessen
Male, highly sensitive, self-aware guy, possesses a sense of humor, works for a socially conscious hedge fund. Early 30’s.

Barry
Male, Celine’s father, an aging mogul of bathroom porcelain, worships his daughter, a compensation for her emotionally absent, drug-addicted mother. Barry and Celine's boundary-challenged father-daughter relationship chafes at his new marriage. Mid 60’s.

Dianne
Female, newly married to Barry, a younger successful African-American, an unstoppable business woman totally in love with Barry. Mid 40’s

FRED
Male, Celine's psychotherapist, is duped into treating this dysfunctional quartet. Fred secretly yearns for commercial success as a best-selling pop psychologist. Mid 60’s.
