Non-Equity performers will not be given a specific appointment time and should arrive within the first two hours of the audition time frame.
Please prepare a 2 minute monologue and be prepared to read sides, please email
info@baytheatre.org to request sides prior to the audition. Bring a stapled photo and resume.
All roles are available unless otherwise specified. For pre-cast roles, auditioning performers will be considered as possible (emergency) replacements, should the need arise.
Seeking:
Esther Franz
Female, mid- to late-40s, Victor’s wife. May have a problem with alcohol. Longs for so much more than life has given her.
Gregory Solomon
Male, late-80s, a furniture dealer. Shrewd, but not without a certain old-world charm. Russian-Yiddish accent
Walter Franz
CAST – male, mid-50s, Victor’s older brother. A successful surgeon that Victor hasn’t talked to in years.

Victor Franz
Male, late-40s, a police sergeant, eligible for retirement. Very smart & promising as a young man, but sacrificed his future to take care of his father. Resentful that the working class life has beaten him down.
