SEEKING
For future replacements in the currently running National Tour (25th Anniversary Tour), seeking
MALE DANCERS:
All male dancers must be classical/ballet dancers. They should have solid classical technique with a musical theatre flair. They must be well built and muscular. Min. height 5’10”.
We need strong classical dancers. We are not looking for tap dancers, jazz dancers, or “hoofers.”
PREPARATION
Men should wear ballet shoes.
All dancers, please be dressed, warmed up and ready to dance at the hour the audition begins. If asked to stay and sing, choose music from the musical theatre repertoire that best shows off your voice and range. Bring sheet music in your key. An accompanist will be provided. There is no solo singing for the dancers (except ‘Meg’), but they will have to carry some vocal responsibility in the ensemble numbers.
Please bring a picture and resume, STAPLED TOGETHER.
